Default Anyone compare SLP LT's with Hookers

I am stuck between either the SLP LT's or the Hooker LT's however the slp's say a gain of around 43 hp and 53 tq is possible. I have not seen any HP estimates with the hookers. Can anyone tell me if they have run both setups and seen any difference between the two. This is going onto a stock motor currently but trying to become unstock. cause the slp's your looking at around $900.00 coated and the hookers around $600 coated. Now I want to know the HP differences between these two.

Probably not much difference, however SLP's hang really low and I think their 43 hp claim was on a stroker engine, and there is no way you will see that on your car, you will probably get 20-25hp with any longtube.

I do remember seeing a dyno graph comparing the two awhile back.

The Hookers pull away at the top by anywhere from 10-15hp at certain points in the powerband.

Im thinking about going with the hookers now. The only thing I need to find now is someone in the georgia area to help me install them. All the o2 sensor relocation and all that crap kinda scares me. Anyone in the georgia area able to help a fellow fbody modder install his headers i would love to hear from you. Free beer for all that help.

its very easy to install hookers, there is only one hitch. The drivers side there is a small block on the motor. it gets in the way and it needs to be cut off. and on that same side, the two bolts above hte oil filter need to come off, and thats it. well coilpacks and plug wires. its really straight forward. ohh and get a 10mm gear wrench it will help out so so much
