Angry NO spark to plugs

A friend of mine has a 2001 Pontaic Firebird. He drove it a fews weeks ago it ran well. He shut it off and now it will not start. No fire to the spark plugs. The computer set a code 0423. The GM manual says something to do with the wirings. He has check all the wiring and the fuseable links and all of the regular fuses but no luck. Does anyone have any ideal what is wrong with his car. Thanks James

No P0423 in AllData... What's the prefix for the code? P, B, or U?
