Default Does anyone have dyno #'s for electric water pump install

The title says it all. I would like to see dyno numbers before and after, an electric water pump install. It doesn't matter if the car was already modded or not, as long as the only change was electric water pumps between dyno's.

I'd like to know if anyone has this info, because I'm very leary of 17hp gains from an electric water pump install.

i dont have one on my ls1 but you can find info on gains of 8-12rwhp on the lt1 with just a water pump and it is just driven by the cam not a belt. so i dont know how much that helps i dynoed mine after installing a boat load of parts.

lol, I hear you. When I mod, I usually do at least 3 or more at once.

thats all i can find bro. the thing is people just dont want to put up the money for a dyno on just one part they wait till they add a bunch of things then go dyno. and then you have people so worried about how much power one part adds but its not the one part that adds the power its the total amount added by all the parts thats the big picture. so good luck to you bro.

Although I agree it's pricey, look at the people who will spend 1100+ to swap out a LS6 for a Fast for 10 to 15 HP sometimes.
