search how to port ls1 throttle body, there's an excellent right up somewhere...its pretty straight forward though
mostly just marking where the blade touches the body and don't grind that or it won't seal when closed, then work down the large ring/hump that goes around and smooth it evenly out to the edges without getting too carried away
or you can buy them in the classifieds here for about what they want, then you can keep your stock one too, I need to put mine back up I forgot I never sold it or my intake
