Default Stray wire

hey guys,Ive been working on my car for a few months and forgot to wrap my wires with tape and lable them like I usually do so I have a problem. The single wire coming out of the main line that comes out of the brake distribution thing. Forgot what it was called. Anyway where does that single wire on that larger bundle of wires coming out of there go. Thanks alot Boone

Its blk with about a 6 or 8" length of wire, it looks like a ground but I thought it went on one of the fuse boxes. Its the only wire sticking out of the 3/4 inch size wire bundle, that is coming out of the square plastic thing on the front of the brake equalizer thing with all the brake lines coming out of it, on the drivers side of your car. If you would look on your car you would see it. Ive never posted a pic yet, and im 49 can you believe that.

Default Bump for my stray wire thread

Someone has to be familiar with this wire and or have looked under their hood. There is only one wire coming out of the black corrugated plastic stuff that is over the loom of lines within the corragated thing. Anyway that one line comes out 6 or 8" long and is black. It all comes out of the front of the plastic square looking thing on the front of the thing that has the brake lines coming out of it on the drivers side of the car and continues towards the drivers side as part of the loom. Please and Thank You Boone

That is exactly the write place and you can see what Im talking about. Is that wire blk ? If so it must be it. I dont remember wraping the wire up inside the corragated stuff, but I must have tucked it up in there for some reason. Im saying that because it came out of the big loom part in the front view, not the smaller one, so I must have tucked it up in there. If that wire is black I will Have to open it up and look. I have it all taped now. Thanks alot for taking the time to look.

Yeah its black.

That's the only one in that area I can think of that is that gauge.

The only other one I can think of would be going to the alternator and it would be thick and not coming out of that big loom.

I'd go look but my car is about 1500 miles from me right now so I have to go by pix.
