Default EGR Removal

Did the EGR Removal earlier, and had a question.

1st Pic is what's removed, 2nd Pic....What do I with what's left in the car. I'm assuming this is a vacume line of some sort. Right now, engine side this part is just hanging. Is there more to take off / Block? I didn't see it noted in this writeup

Car is a 2001 Pontiac Formula.

It seems like the car in this post didn't have the "AIR Shutoff Valve."

Thanks goldmecham,

I figured that you had to cap it off. I saw another post where they removed that solenoid, and finally capped behind the vacume line behind the intake. I believe that is what I'm going to do. Just gotta wait for the blockoff plates to get in now.
