Finally got rid of rasp
Where the merge comes together does make a difference on the rasp, I have ARH's with ORY, with the factory Dual-Dual. rasp was bad. had Nick at ARH make me a new Y-pipe with a 3.5" merge collector about 10" long when I got the pipe I made a divider out of stainless to fit inside the pipe that would separate the the merge into two chambers then tapered it down to the orinigal 3" I-pipe rasp disappeared, so the merge disign is the reason for the rasp sound on our cars

Agree that the LM will sound like *** with LT's and the ORY.
I had a little rasp with my Borla, LT's and ORY that was not severe, but just annoying enough to convince me to go TD's. Then it was gone, not covered up.
