Take the spark plugs out when changing the manifold?

If not, may have cracked one of them.

Couldn't hurt to replace all the plugs. I'm guessing negative on the MAF. Try running it with the MAF unplugged and see if there is ANY change at all. Will it rev up at all? Have you tried? I'm just curious if the problem is only at idle or if it fails everywhere and has zero throttle response. Another thing you might try checking is fuel pressure... make sure it has proper pressure while idling if you can (55-60 range). Also look for pinched or melted wires. Keep hunting, you'll find the problem. Keep us posted.

I think we fixed it!!!! So it ended up being a cracked spark plug. It got cracked while replacing the driver's side exhaust manifold. Chris (boyfriend) said he remembers the exhaust manifold slipping at one point and hitting something but we never even considered that it hit a spark plug and cracked it. So when we went to re-gap the spark plugs we found the problem! Put in a new one and replaced the wires (cause we ripped one in the process of removal) and she started right up!! Soo happy!! Thanks for everyone's help and input, I really appreciate it!
