I did my header install in 30min. Yes, you read that right. 30min.

I don't see why everyone has all these issues.

you could do the install in 30 min pretty easy if you had all your old stuff off the car and it was just sitting there waiting for the lt's to be installed.

Check you spark plug wires. Make sure they are in all the way. If that doesn't help, check for cracked plugs.

I think those are the first pics ive seen of BBK headers...they look very nice and that y-pipe looks pretty good, especially that merge.

The merge looks good, but the header collectors don't... I'd rather have a collector like what's on the qtp's or ARH headers.

Take a spray bottle of water on STREAM and spray each header tube with it running.

It should burn off pretty quick on each one...if one is slower than the others or doesnt evaporate at all, theres your bad plug/wire or the wire isnt all the way on.
