how high to rev with vic. jr

Default how high to rev with vic. jr
how high do you have to turn your motor to take advantage of a vic. jr?
would a 5.3 with arp rod bolts be capable of revving that high

Good question. I'm almost done with my victor jr install and was just wondering the same thing. I plan on upgrading my rod bolts pretty soon too
