Motor mounts, hard to find?

Motor mounts, hard to find? So, are the motor mounts to a 99 firebird formula different from a corvette/camaro? I call the auto part store up and they don't have a listing for motor mounts for a 99 formula...Should i just say 99 corvette and most likely they'll have it? Are the corvette motor mounts the same?

The corvette mounts are NOT the same, you can't use them. There are aftermarket sets out there, the guy just didn't know what he was doing. GM mounts would cost you over $100 for a set

Prothane Poly Motor Mounts at byunspeed.com for $49.95. I'm not sure if you're looking to go with the poly's, but if you're going to the trouble of removing them, I would definitely upgrade them at the same time.
