Question Question about egr & air pump

I have an 02 Z/28 and am planning on having headers installed . My question is which type of headers ? It appears my exhaust manifolds have what appears to be fittings coming out of the first exhaust port on each side .
I would like to use headers that don't have these weird connections sticking up out of the header tubes but I want to stay street legal and keep the cats . Will the Kook's / ARH with their high flow cats set up work without the EGR/AIR PUMP fittings ?

Thanks

Your car didn't come with EGR and you can have the AIR codes tuned out and trash the stuff.

If you get the headers without the fittings then you can't run the AIR system.

Yup, you can have the egr, air, sensors tuned out. If you do it I would consider getting the rear O2s tuned out too, allows you to run an ORY pipe later on.
