Default slp lid

is the slp lid worth putting on. or is just more for looks than anything.

Depends on your plans for the car.. Show car - yes it looks better. Making the car faster - yes it is usually one of the first mods people do. It will add a couple HP but nothing to get to happy about. I would say 95% of the people on here at least have an aftermarket lid.

an airlid is one of the most simple and basic first mods to your car.. the SLP lid is a good piece. my fitment is perfect and the quality is sweet.

Lids should be one of the first mods. My SLP lid fits great. Most lids are thought to be equal, performance wise.

+1 for the SLP. I put that on a few weeks ago, and the fit was perfect after a bit of heat from the hair dryer! Be sure to have one if you're installing one to heat up the plastic both on the old lid and the new.

what do you heat i have a slp lid and it doesnt quite fit right up front

i got one but its not on yet just chillin in my room waitin for the cam to go in lol to lazy to put it on.

Yeah its worth it. I just bought my 02 ws6 and that is the first thing I did to it. The best part was that it only took like 20 mins to do. And 10 of those minutes were spent on getting the neck of it to fit. Hair dryer worked
