idk, i just say 10, due to the fact that his A/F ratios are probably off now, when modding, its all in the tune... more mods, more tune. whats teh sct tuner? hand held? or mail order? if its for "headers" then youll probably get more out of it
its like when you see someone put a LS6 intake on and got 9hp, then they tune it and get 6 more... just an example.
what do those 4.6's lay down stock? 240-250? idk for sure

His tune was just a basic mail order when we changed the plen and throttle body. Maybe we should hook it up to a hand held unit and see if we can get alittle more out of it. They put down like 260 I think stock. But they sure sound good:>) Great car for him to get his muscle car fix! Some day he will have a car that puts down 500 to the rears! He loves the feel of power under his ***! So after Med. School he will up grade to some major power I'm sure.

My brother has a 2002 gt 5sp with identical mods as your sons. He only put down 260 to the wheels. I spent some time on mustangforms.com to find ways to help him out. I found out that full bolt on 2v stangs only get 25-30 more then stock to the wheels if you are lucky and that if you have everything. Everyone over there says just "supercharge it" I also looked into cams for him and they are expensive and dont net that great of gains either. The one pluse side to the mustang is you can put together a supercharger for $2500-$3000(shoping around for the brackets and head unit from diffrent places). So what I am saying is if he needs more power he should start saving and go that route.
