Hooker cb to loud with a cam
Hooker cb to loud with a cam So im doing a head and cam swap on my 02 trans am and i want a catback that will be more queit then my gmmg im useing a 228r cam on a 114 lsa with lt and ory. I dont want a raspy catback and i dont want it to be super loud either. I was thinking magnaflow but i like the tips on the hooker exhaust so much better and from what ive heard the hooker sounds better to me. I wanted to know how you guys with cams liked both these exhaust and any other options for a queiter exhaust. Ill also be installing an electric cutout so flow isnt a huge factor just a good looking,fiting, and sounding exhaut. Thanks.

i am cammed and run the magnaflow. its proably just as loud as the hooker. being cammed its really not so loud. but sounds very good. i like the hookers sound over magnaflows because it has a more deep and nice rumble.
