Default Car stutters and pops flames on accel

Saturday I decided to check my plugs and regap them. So i pulled them, regapped them to .055 (tr55). Before that they were at like .065 or around that number. I made sure all the plug wires are on tight. Maybe the gap was wrong when I got the tune done. If I changed the gap now would that mess it up. My friend was also helping do the plugs and ended up dropping one in the engine bay. When I hit WOT it seems to either stutter or pop multiple flames very quickly. I guess I'm wondering would cause this.
Thanks in advance guys!

Most likely the dropped one developed a fine line crack in the porcelain thus ruining it. or the re gapping messed with the tune but that's just a guess.

That's the only two things I could think of. I guess I'll try replacing that one plug first then screw up the gaps again. Anyone else?

I meant if it was just like a basic tune or a full dyno tune.
