Default Trying to wire a 2 speed fan to stock wiring? Trying to understand how stock works?

I have a 2 speed Lincoln Mark 8 fan. It flows 4500cfm on high, but will be loud so I want it to run on 2 speeds. I would like to wire it so it runs on low until it sees a certain temp and then flips to high. Im trying to understand how the stock setup functions so I can figure out how to wire this. I will be using 2 75amp relays with fused feed directly from battery.

Is the stock setup a two speed?
or
Does the stock fans stay the same speed?

Are both triggered at the same time?
or
Do they come on a different times?

Sorry car is apart and no power..
