Default Vic Jr. Picture Thread..

Aright guys there really isnt a thread on here that has any good pics of what ppl are doing with their Vic Jr. setup I want to see some pics, as i have a Vic Jr. myself. The low profile elbow (not ultra-low ultra low flowing too lol) fits awesome, didnt have to cut hardly any of the cowl off and left the plastic on the cowl all intact so it doesnt look all mangled. BUT I am trying to route my intake piping to the factory airbox with a slp lid, lets see what you have and ill post pics up as soon as i get some.. Lets see em!!

i'm with you... it's ugly as crap and forget cutting the cowl up and potentially having to buy a different hood

i love it, but its not a stock ls1 either.. 375ci 6.0l thats nearly 12:1.. it pulls like a freight train from 3k and up.. i think its pretty damn cool lookin myself but thats personal opinion and i didnt even have to cut the cowl..

Ugly as crap? No, that is what muscle is supposed to look like; not covered in plastic
Then you must not be willing to let a 400+ inch motor breathe. If you have stock or less than 400" then I can see your argument. It would not be worth it on a smaller motor. If you don't want to cut your cowl that is fine. Everything on mine still works--wipers included.

If you limit yourself to only doing what everyone else does you will only be as fast as them. A single plane intake with a 4BBL style throttle body has been proven to be upwards of 60hp stronger than a more expensive F.A.S.T. 90/90 set up.

Well mines not 400" but 375" but it still goes like hell, i dont really notice any down low losses from the ls6 i had, its easy to drive even with out a tune, idles better than the ls6 i had, im sure i can bust off some 6's on motor.. then add some spray and watch this intake really come alive!
