I already have a Torquer V2 Cam 232/234 .595 .598 112LSA and I want to put it in my new 6.0L with L92 heads. I've read that L92 heads sometime don't work well with cathedral ports oriented cam.

My question is: Do you think if I only port the exhaust on my L92, the cam will work better or its more like a overlap, lobe design that affect the performance... or dont bother and port it all.
