intake for 2000 c5 corvette

I have a 1998 trans am that I'm selling and it has a ls6 intake on it, so i was wondering if I could change out the one on me vette for the ls6.( not sure if I even need it, does the 2000 vette come with a ls6 intake?) If I could change them out could I use the same coolant lines and have no problems? Thanks for the help.

Im pretty sure that the ls6 intake didnt come out until 2001 i have a full ls6 in my 00 camaro ss and it has a ls6 intake it only came on the 01 and 02 camaro and firebirds and on the 01to04 zo6 vettes and the cts-v

Yes, you can change the intakes out. The 2000's did not have an LS6 intake, that wasn't until 01. The difference between Vette & F-body intakes 98-00 is there's no EGR on the Corvettes.

You can swap them out, but the honorable thing to do would be to let your buyer know it's got an LS1 intake on it, even though the Corvette intakes "look" just like an LS6.

You will need to swap the coolant lines over as well.
