with stock manifolds, probably not much if any at all. To really get the most out of cut-outs, you need to have some Long Tube headers.

with those upgrades, you will problably be about +25-30HP over stock. Depends on the car though, each car is different, depends on mileage and all that also...

Hmm... I hope it's more than 30 lol... Well I guess that's pretty good... I'm getting it dynoed in about a week or so... Then I'm getting it tuned just so I can see the difference between the 2... Then the spray... Maybe a 100 or 150 shot... Idk... Hey with these mods.. U think I can take a 99-04 mustang gt with intake and catback? Lol there's this guy in town that keeps bugging... U know like when u get a fly on the inside of your car and it just stays on your windshield right in front of u?? Just like that.. I think I couldve taken this guy when I was stock lol.. Anywys... What do u guys think??

Mustang's hp suck compared to even a stock LS1. The displacement is just so much less. I'd be surprised if you couldn't beat him with a bone stock LS1.

Good to know about making that much more power with the cutout. I knew it was a bit more, but was unsure of the actual numbers.

Iv ran almost dead up with an 03 gt spraying 150 shot in a stock 02 z28 with a catback...stock ur looking at a good 75 rwhp difference. As far as the cutout goes wouldnt say much for a stock car but a friend with long tubes and cam gained 29rwhp and 35 lb/ft bypassing a flowmaster but from any kick you should destroy the mustang either way.

With small cam ARH's, no cats, SLP dual-dual and Mike Norris tuned the dyno showed only 7hp open to closed diff, the better your muffler flows the less gains you can expect

The main factor when it comes to cutout's is your post-cutout exhaust system. That is what you are eliminating. If you have an amazing cat-back you will see marginal gains. If you have a terrible cat-back, you'll be very impressed by the increase.

I have a Magnaflow catback and only gained 7rwhp on a full H/C/I car. Food for thought.

With stock manifolds, ORY and stock SS cat back, I gained almost 12hp and 11tq. I usually gain 1/10 sec. and 1mph when open in 1/4 mile.

I had the F13 cam and bolt-ons with a stock catback. I then open the cutout and gained 27rwhp/30rwtq. Sure wakes it up from stock. I just replaced the muffler with a hooker now

Where is your cutout? And what exhaust do you have? The one in your sig?
