Thats right, it is what it is. This is a terrible car for big exhaust pipes and bad roads. The driver has to be careful.

agreed but as long as you know where the dips and potholes are you shouldn't have problems. other cars like corvettes are just as low and have terrible ground clearance. shouldn't be driving a sports car if you wanted clearance.

I don't remember which way but you can definately tell once its installed which is correct way. Hope this helps!!
thanks alot for the advice! today i was able to get really nice ground clearance, still scraps a bit if i don't slow down enough for speed bumps but i sure can live with that. lowering my car on the other hand, that will have to wait until i can make this car my off road only.

i have the tsp duals on my car. its tucked up really well. i had to re install in to tuck it up better but they r right, if you take ur time and do it right it will tuck very nice. even if it scraps a few speed bumps, its well worth it for the great sound you get from it.

603hp at the crank, minus 15% drivetrain loss equals 512hp at the wheels.

sounds about right to me.

what's your exhaust setup now?

Kooks LT's + TSP "Rumbler x" TD's. Springs at the time were DMS, really close to the Eibach Pro Kit.

guys who switched from a catback to a tru dual setup, did your car perform better with the duals than the catback? i am tossing around the idea of ditching my magnaflows for sweet thunders.

Man, i went from a BS B&B triflo to the TSP td's and i could tell a descent difference in power, i have spent quite a bit of time tweaking the exhaust and it tucks up better that any Y-pipe setup ive ever ran, i can go over speed bumps with no problem but u have to drive like u have sense, of course the exhaust is metal , its not going to hurt anything if it gets a few scrapes on it anyways, most guys that go the TD route are more about racing not car shows....BTW my car has the heater hose mod w. stock rear springs and QA1's on the front, bout 3/4 drop in rear and 1in. drop in front

like i mentioned earlier in thread I didn't notice that much difference in power just sounded 100X better. If anything it gained a tad down low. I'm not concerned with a few scraps and what not on the exhaust car is not a show car just a nice weekend cruiser. and like the previous poster my ground clearance is also better than my ypipe setup was!!
