Just received the slip on collector headers along with the Edelbrock y pipe. I was wondering if anyone has welded the collectors before putting the headers on the car? I have a friend that will weld them but he is really busy so its either i get them welded prior or drive without them welded and take them off later and have them welded which seems like a PITA.

Does anyone know of an x-pipe for these? I could only find the y-pipe that has been posted on here...

 

they raised the price... or i guess you could think of it as a less good sale, but still on sale, and any x pipe should work with some work...

 

they ve noticed people are buying these for a low price thats why.

 

Pretty screwed up. I hope they get stuck with some leftover that they can't sell just for being greedy. Although I'm sure that will no happen.

 

+1 they post a sale and as soon as people start buyin they up the price!! not good for buisness or name! well im glad i got mine the day before they went up...thats a savings of $40 bucks for me,i was going to wait a few days but glad i didnt..

same here.headers from edelbrock online store and ypipe from summit.have both onhand.

 

Im glad I got them when I did. Was on the fence about it. Would have been so pissed if I went to get them and they had jacked the price up. Deff. would have went a different direction on headers, maybe some LPPs.
