How many times have you reused intake gaskets? I've had the intake on and off my car probably 8 or 9 times and have never replaced the o-ring gaskets between the intake and the head. How many times are they good for? Has anyone ever had a vacuume leak around one? If so, what were the symptoms?

I think it depends more on how many miles than times bolted on.
As for napa they do not carry LS1 intake gaskets. Dealer item that costs a little over $50 
.
