Default clock spring install???

Anybody know if there is a writeup on this or have any helpful hints they would like to share, dont really want to break the new spring or have an airbag go off or anything...any helps appreciated!!

A clockspring (SIR coil) is what regulates/powers the the air bag deployment for the steering wheel, it breaks if you turn the wheel with the wheel disconnected from the rack..it also powers the radio buttons, i just wanted some info on how to replace it...

can i remove this whole thing if i am putting on an aftermarket steering wheel with just a horn button and no airbag/radio controls, without having any problems?
