whats the difference besides the trans sutff for the auto and clutch stuff? Im doing my v6 to v8 swap here soon, i bought the a4 harness but have a chance to get an m6 pcm/harness from a 99 car.

think it would be a good idea to use the 02 pcm with the 99 harness?

 

You would get more responses if you put this in the PCM tuning section. But yes you can run 02 PCM with 99 harness. 99-02 PCM are same. But I think the 02 harness does not have EGR hook up. The 99 will have the EGR. from what I know. Ask in the Tuning section for better answers.
