Harsh Vibration / slipping noise??
Guys, sometimes when I get on it (WOT) (But especially its when im in 3rd/4th/5th/6th) and usually at highway speeds Im feeling a slip... I feel a small amount of power being lost like something in my drivetrain may be slipping and it also vibrates when it happens...(the power being lost may be my imagination, but Its definite there is a vibration too... It isnt a severe vibration, but the noise sounds harsh)... Now I originally thought it may be my driveshaft because My driveshaft minorly scrapes the hoop when the angle changes at times.. But Im not sure about that... and Im also not sure if its my clutch..
The car is a 402, w/ Monster clutch, Built T56, making under 500whp... I have 3.73s and a Moser 12 bolt... I also have a 25% underdrive pulley.. I also started to think it may be the serpentine belt slipping, but is that a common problem on N/A motors?...
anyway, does anyone know what Im talking about?

If you feel it slipping w/ power loss, it's probably the clutch. If the serpintine belt was slipping the volt gauge would drop. Hard to diagnose that problem without actually being in the car. A video clip would help

definitely clutch. There's nothing else in the drive train that can "slip" as you mention. The harsh sound and vibration could be the clutch slipping then grabbing the fly wheel in quick succession.

Ok so as of now I am certain something really is slipping....
and I actually was able to get a video of it...
I actually thought saw a voltage spike the other day, but it was at idle..
So today I was in 6th gear at about 75 mph qand I pressed the gas pedal and the RPMs just climbed to 2000 then all of a sudden it slipped and reached 2500 and so on..
How could my clutch be slipping at low rpms, and not high (or at least I havent noticed it at high RPMs?).. and also it is not consistently slipping.. Just sometimes..

Well if it is the clutch, this sucks because its a Monster Stage III and I have around 2000 miles on it only maybe a bit more or a bit less... How can this clutch not hold up to my power level? Im around 490-495rwhp and my car is 3700 - 3750 w/ me in it
