Magnaflow Dual/Dual just arrived....Pics
These are just pics of the kit for now. I will be installing this later this week provided my Y pipe gets here in a timely manner. Anyway, I will keep this thread updated as I know there a few of these running around but not very many posts about them. So I figured I would share. I got them through TByrne. They always have great prices on stuff. Here you go. The begining
BTW Part No: 16723
Here is a soundclip from Magnaflows website

I got rid of the Borla only because it was too loud with my setup. I got rid of my QTP LT's, as well and my lumpy cam. I am getting closer to a sleeper. I should still have good power around 480RWHP I figure even with the downsizing. Sometimes being loud is just not fun anymore.

Yea that is along the line of me getting something else as well. I leave early to go to work then drive through a bunch of houses early in the morning. Besides that I hate hearing the popping of ORY pipes. This kit should be pretty tame. The blower may push up the sound a bit especially with the 10-12 lbs I will try and run. But from most guys I hear the magnaflow alittle easier on the ears. Once I get the tune staright again, and the exhaust installed I will post vids and more pics. This whole project was to be a Daily Driver in mind.

I am with you on the too loud. My setup below is still too loud, even with a LM muffler in the I pipe. I think it's largely because I'm running 8.7 dcr and large port heads. I hope yours is quieter than mine with the magnaflow. I'm going to swap it out for a slp dual/dual.

Damn Dave you are not too far from me. I plan on running stock cats and SLP Ypipe, so it should be just about right. I want to try this. If it is not quite enough then I am jumping into a DD as well.

I have dyno'd at SR Racing in Lex. But I normally go to Hoofin Motorsports in Laurenceburg, he has a dyno in his shop in the backyard. Good guy too is pretty reasonable and his dyno is pretty close to being on the mark with the others. But I have been going to Decatur IN to get it done at LM Speed until the tune is straight tht is. Man I wish I had my own dyno
