I was looking at swaping my heads to a set of LS3 heads. To help me decide, which intake is better a FAST 102mm ported by Ron for a LS3 or a FAST 102mm ported by Ron cathedral port??????

The heads you are comparing (which cathedral versus which LS3/L92) is the better question to ask. Then the manifold choice is easy!

Yeah I guess my other questions is ' which top end set up is better flowing, the LS3 heads with a FAST 102mm or the catherdral heads that flow around 315 cfm's with FAST 102mm intake'?

Im just concerned about packing 20+ psi of boost into this thing. Has anyone done it yet with this new fast intake?

FAST says the new LSXRs are good to 67PSI, so unless you have a diesel, I think you'll be just fine. Ive seen a few guys running 15-20psi.

"The LSXR™ is constructed from a proprietary advanced polymer material that has been burst tested to withstand 67 psi of boost"

Would running the 102/102 combo w/ a stock MAF be a bad idea? Im not sure I need to step up to a 100 MM maf for my setup. I just don't want to create a bottle neck since my air intake is OTR style and can support the air flow.

You could run it on a stock MAF and still pick up plenty of power, there jsut might be a little more avaliable with a larger MAF. Depends on what your engine needs, my brother is finishing his 102/102 install with a stock MAF.

I would really like to see the results of a larger stroker, ported 92mm fast vs. a ported 102mm fast. I've got the 92mm on my 447 right now and have been curious for a while now if there is much on the table going to the new fast intake. As it stands, I'm at 589rwhp, I'm curious if the new intake could push it over 600.

I could've sworn that there was a 440 that swapped ported 92 to ported 102 and gained 10 rwhp 16 rwtq. Pm Ron and ask for sure. Thats what I remember them posting. Too lazy to go find it though.
