Default Y pipe install

Should my ORY bolt right into place(headers on one side and onto the midpipe for the other side) where the old exhaust pipe was before I installed headers?

I installed the headers, then built the y-pipe back from the headers and connected it to the cat back.

I don't mean I hand built it. My Texas Speed Y-pipe came in four peices. I put it together from the headers to the cat back.

I just faught with my y pipe for 3 hours today only to take it all apart again. I tried to build it from the I-pipe to the headers. So I guess I should build it the other way. Its a real pain getting the I-pipe together. The only way I'm thinking I'll be able to do it is to unbolt the catback and rotate it and push it together at the same time.
