SLP Exhaust ?'s Please Look Hello everyone i need Help... i have the slp dual/dual with the muffler NOT the loudmouth ... If i got An ORY with this exhaust .... How loud do you think it will be??? And yes i have stock exhaust manifolds... Thanks

The off road y pipe will be increase the noise level some, but it will still be quiet compared to most setups with an off road y pipe because of the SLP dual/dual muffler. The dual/dual has worked nicely in the past for me to quiet the noise from off road y pipe.
depends on your definition of loud. the slp d/d exhaust is known for being one of the best sleeper setups, going ORY wont make you sound like a nascar or anything.
besides, just keep your stock Y and get some cat bypass pipes welded on or just keep the cats all together until your ready for some headers. spending money on a stocky Y setup is worthless unless you plan to keep the stock manifolds forever or get shorties.

I just installed a SLP dual/dual with and offroad Y and LT's on my car and it sounds great. Not very loud when just cruising around but it does sound great when I get on it. In your case it will not be loud at all with the stock manifolds.

If your looking for a loud wake them up sound thier is no short cuts. you have to go with a good header.... with out a set of headers nothing is going to give you the heart beat you want, and for the cat back's it is all about loud or roing SLP loud mouth is very loud at over 3000rpm... and flowmaster is good for a roing all about what you like.

I would think headers must be an option for you if you can get away with an ORY. So supposing you get headers eventually, you will like the dual/dual with that setup. I know that doesn't answer your question, but most people who go catless are probably on their way to getting, or already have headers.

I have the SLP dual dual with the muffler. I was too quiet for me so after a 15 months, I finally got Hooker LT's and their ORY pipe. My car now is very loud but my friend has a 2000 WS6 with Hooker LT's, ORY, but he has the Hooker cat back. His is a little louder than mine. But headers is the way to go. Don't waste your money on just the ORY.
