Throttle Body Size
Building a LQ4 and I plan to use the LS6 intake, mild cam and kit, after market injectors etc to run about 450. But I dont know jack s*** about these throttle bodies Whos is better? What size? What small mods you can make for them? Can someone help me and explain which one may benefit my application the best.

If you are hell bent on running the LS6 intake then just port a stock LS1 throttle body and save money.
If you've got the cash then I would upgrade to a FAST. There is a FAST 90/90 combo(intake/throttle body) in the classifieds for $750

On my old '02 Z28 I had a LS6 intake with a stock throttle body
On my '02 CETA I ran the LS6 intake/ stock throttle body then went to a FAST 90/90. It now has a Victor Jr with a carb
My daily driver '00 Z28 has a LS6 intake and stock throttle body as well

I have an LQ4 I am going to use L92 heads with. Installing a good size cam, LS6 intake, full length headers, larger injectors and aftermarket fuel rails. ^^^ said its going to be hard to reach 450. I was asking, is this really going to be hard to reach my goal with that build?
