Need a quieter exhaust

I just took my car in for a safety inspection and i guess my exhaust is to loud. It has lts/ory with a magnaflow cat-back and a mild cam. What would be the easiest way to quiet it down. I don't care about flow but i care about price because once it passes it is going all back to the way it is.

Do resonator tips work at all?

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Don't waste your time or money with resonator tips. The only way you'll quiet it down is to put cats on it and maybe change the muffler. The combination of the ory and cam will make it hard to tone down.

Slap a spiral flow or similar bullet muffler into the I-Pipe. I have the same exhaust setup as you... guess the place doing your safety runs a pretty tight ship huh? Wow.

I dont get that, no cats is illegal but their going to bring you down for how loud it is?

I agree find somewhere else?

I get $25 inspections from a city my cars have never been in lol Well the white ones still legal for now.

ok so this is how its done here .... a cat back for inspection ... 30 - 40 $$ max .... go to your famous local exhaust shop & tell him u need to pass inspection ..... Im sure ur not the first camaro that asked for this in you area !!
