Best place to buy the QTP Y-Pipe w/ Cutouts?

Best place to buy the QTP Y-Pipe w/ Cutouts? My Pacesetter Y-Pipe needs to be replaced, and I figure now is the best time to get cutouts installed. The QTP Y-Pipe looks like exactly what I need.

They sell it for $640. I suppose that's not too expensive when you consider the cutouts are $200 each and a Y-Pipe usually goes for about $200.
But, nonetheless, I'm hoping someone knows a cheaper place to pick one of these up.
