Default EGR block off plate

anyone have a EGR block off plate/gasket that deletes the EGR pipe @ the stock manifold??

ok,do i just use the plate? i would think you would need a gasket,right?

Just use some copper rtv on it, should seal up fine.

Take the stock EGR/AIR tubes, cut the flanges off, weld the holes shut, grind flush. 30 mins to freebie blockoff plates

Use the original gaskets from the egr tubes, or if they're trashed you can get them from a dealer for a few bucks.

I have always made my own. Pretty fast job if you have some spare plate laying around and a drill press.

copper rtv is for high temp stuff, which would be good for the exhaust manifold. I have had bad luck with it on non-high heat applications. I never have bad luck with Ultra Black. I would use it for the intake manifold block off if you are just deleting the emissions.
