Is the LS2 intake better than a LS6?

Get a tune. Then a retune is usually free-25$ depending on who tunes it.

Good. I would have bought an ls6 intake anyday over an ud pulley.

Thats the way you wanna go imo. If you are doing more modding which you plan on doing....a tune would be a waste of money at this point. Get the tune when your done.

intake was definitely the best choice...its a mod that will continue to gain power as you do other mods

I just did a pulley and other than revving quicker under the stall rating (idle-3600rpm) there is no noticeable difference

You can drive the car after doing the mods to a certain point. The sooner you get a tune the sooner you will be able to capitalize on all your hard work.

I'm going to get the car tuned soon. I bought a LS6 intake, 80mm TB and FTRA this week. Im going to order a UD pulley and everything to do the LS6 PCV conversion next week, then make a appointment to get the car tuned. In a few months I'm going to buy a new trans and converter from a sponsor.
