Buy these..

Lid- Just get a used one of here.. They can be had for around 50-80$ +shipping or shipped.
Cutout- 35$ brand new off Jegs/Summit.. Get someone to weld it up for you, should only be around 25$.
Ls6 intake/ported TB.. Get a used one on here.. DO NOT pay more than 310$ shipped on the intake... Be careful who did the porting on the TB.. There is a guy from the forums that sells ported TBs on ebay and does a good job on them, think it is like 70$ (pic has a lady holding it with huge ****)? And then you can sell your TB for some cash.

Cheapest route with more power gains.
ok i got the cutout on there but what is the tb worth off my motor

Since you have a cutout, leave whatever muffler is on there. With the cutout open the muffler is irrelevant.

Depends on the buyer... 40-50$ is about average.

You have to have a certain amount of posts and be a member for so long. Read the sticky at the top of the FS section.

Ls6/ported TB is the best "bang for the buck" setup by far.
does the ls6 intake need to have coolant Tubes on the intake or just get the bare intake

You can either buy coolant tubes or modify the ones you have, I suggest modify the ones you have. Look it up on here, there are plenty of threads on it. ls1howto.com probably has a perfect write up for it I would imagine.

ok Im back with more questions. Even-though, the ported tb and ls6 intake can give you up to 24hp whats the hp difference between the ported tb and ls6 intake and them name brand tbs and intake?(bbk, fast etc..)

Going from an ls6/ported TB to a basic untouched FAST 90 intake/ NW 90mm TB will gain you about 15 more Rwhp. Not too bad considering the price difference. You can pick up a used 90/90 setup for around 800$ or so.
If it were me, if you have the money I would look out for a used FAST 92 intake and a 92mm or 90mm TB... Will be the best bang for the buck and leave you plenty of room to grow.
