inspection sticker question.

ok, in louisiana they are using a computer to check you emissions that plugs into the under dash port. my question is eventhough i dont have cats will i pass the test since i have the o2 sims.

i was wondering about this too, as i'm in br also, and about to do my exhaust. did they just start OBDII testing in this area? i had my '98 tacoma inspected about 6 mos. ago and they didn't plug into the OBDII port.

here in corpus christi, texas they us a visual inspection which you will not pass because there are no cats in place.
