need advice on td setup

I want true duals, but i dont want them dumped under the car. i know they will probably have to be run over the axle on the passenger side. so what size piping? And would any of you leave that flat part of the pipe on the drivers side? P.S. i dont have headers and it will be run with no mufflers? unless yall think i should have them.

you are gonna need mufflers my friend..
I drove my car to the muffler shop with open y pipe and it was heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa loud!!!!!
