GTO manifold power numbers

Who has made any builds with these manifolds? They are incredible on flow #'s with the stock motors but, any luck with power adders?(cam,heads,etc)
400+hp from the factory is pretty good. Yes, i know headers are still king.

I know you dont want to hear this but I often see used headers for cheap. Just keep an eye out.
