What pully is this and where can i get one

What pully is this and where can i get one

There is a pully next to the power steering pump. that looks like this:

When i went to autozone and they gave me this:

Now i took back the one they gave me and the swapped it out for the first one above, but its a little wider and deeper in the center.

So can anyone tell me what part that is and what the part number is so i can maybe pick it up somewhere else or online...

And should there be these washers holding the pulley on there? ( both or just the bolt and the one washer )

When I removed my alternator bracket the other day that pulley was attached and came with it. No idea.

the idler pulley on the alt bracket......for LS1s....you can get at napa......unless its a 2000-02......then its a special part order......if you get a GM it comes with a new bolt and those washers........ask me how i know
