Hard to say. Those are ceramic core cats listed for small engines or as pre-cats in larger engines with dual cats. Ceramic cores are known to break up if bumped or overheated.
The most popular Magnaflow cats for our cars (in 3") are the 94109 ceramic core cat and the 59959 metallic spun cat. The metallic cores are more durable and flow more cfm, but cost more.

Yeah, $69 versus $95. Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the metallic cores?

It depends on what the increased flow and promise of greater durability are worth to you.
I ran the 94106 (2.5") in a catted Y and they worked well. If I decide to cat my current ORY, I'll use the metallic ones.
