Default Corsa! My Impression

I finally got the Corsa that I have been wanting for so long! It is definately worth the money! It sounds f-in awesome all through the RPM's. Really queit at idle, but screams when you give it a little gas. Inside its is still pretty quiet, no resonation what so ever. It is the best sounding exhaust for the LS1 IMO. The tips are the nicest looking that I have ever seen, which is part of the reason I wanted it. The price was right, it's just such a beautiful catback! CORSA

There is only one problem, the muffler rattles A LOT. I know this has been a big problem with this catback and I need to get a new one from Corsa. How do I go about getting a new muffler. What all do I need to have (reciepts, etc) and about how long does it take to get a new one in? What about return postage?

Thanks
Ryan

Nothing like a 700 dollar exhaust that falls apart...

Sorry to hear man. Corsa is nice looking and sounds decent, but the quality is crap. IMO you should get the new muffler, sell the catback, make your money back and buy something a lot cheaper and better quality...

First make sure the I-pipe isn't hitting the bar above the panhard bar.Common problem. Then just call Corsa and they'll send you a new one and a return label for the old one.Won't cost you anything.
I agree with you on your opinion.Corsa does look the best and even better on TA's .The sound is good too.

If it is the muffler you have nothing to worry about, Corsa customer service is great, when mine was about a year old something in the muffler let lose and I called Corsa and they shipped me a new one out the same day, I replaced it put the old one in the box with the supplied return shipping form and that was it. Great company that stands behind their product!!!

I have had no problem with my Corsa and it and I survived a major car accident. A F150 tried to take me out. It sounds great and the premium tips look good on my TA. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The only rattles I got was from the pipe going over the rear end hitting the heat shield, & the tips hitting the rear facia. The first one I fixed. As for the look & sound, nothing out there compares IMO. And I gained about 10rwhp too!

$700 and the mufflers are bad, great customer service or not that just plain sucks.
