No. They're not all like that. They should have O2 Sensor Bungs installed in the collectors.
I don't have any experience with Hooker Headers, but I have installed 3 sets of Jet Hot LTs (which are based off the Hooker design) and have been a member of this site long enough to know that its a very bad idea to run an LS1 without the front O2 Sensors in place.
So, long-story-short, I would send the ones you have back and be sure they send you ones that have O2 Bungs.

well then send it back with those headers! but then again u dont really need them behind the cats...u could just have them tuned out and have ur car tuned for the headers at the same time
