Default stock motor mounts

supporting mods below,i was wondering if there is any power loss or is it bad if the motor is torquing to much on the stock mounts???

are the mounts new?... if not they probably need to be replaced... i would go with poly inserts and trans mount or solids... i'm sure there would be a small amount of power loss through the drivetrain but not a huge amount, probably only noticeable on a dyno, but i could be wrong

Agreed on the above.

If they are old you might as well go poly. Solids would be even better. Little more vibration, but well worth it.

If the engine moves around too much you risk breaking parts like exhaust welds, trans mounts/cases, etc

Just go ahead and get polys or solids. You will like the difference

I hated my poly mounts, they sent a buzz through the whole car.
