Alright, Here is what I came up with. My t/b blade was sticking like yours. So I took the t/b off and looked inside to see if it was catching anywhere. I noticed that there were def. wear marks on the inside of the t/b where the blade was touching the wall.

I just started taking some sand paper to the inside of the t/b to give the blade more clearance where it was touching. ~20 mins later there is a def improvement. I started with a very rough grit 120 then I will work my way up to the 1000 grit. Pull the tb and give it a look!

im having the same problem. im running an ls3 intake, fast 90mm tb and even shelled out 75 bucks for the slp throttle cable bracket. have a lil slack and throttle blade wont go wot
