Very nice! Any SOTP/dyno difference?

I dont think that will work with AC/front bumper support in the car but it sure looks great
Cheers,
Chris

I know Coach and PaiN are running similar intakes. Here's a pic I snapped of Coach's. He has a box where the license plate 'used to be' that acts as ram air.

No front bumper support, no AC condenser, no winshield washer tank can be used with this. Its basically a race only intake. The twi K&Ns are directly in front of the two big holes in the front bumper.

IS id better than a lid? Well..put it this way....in no way is this intake setup a restriction. Throttle response is great...and it gets the coolest air possible. Im sure if it showed a gain on the dyno it might be only 1-3 hp if it were even measurable. But going down the street with direct path to cool air coming from out in front of the car is about as good as it gets. And yes...if you had the bigger MAF and a very large intake TB you probably would see some good gains...esp on a large motor.

I wonder if there is a way to make something like that to work around the condenser....

I think you could...with a little tube modding.

Al,

You should look into a 90mm version. There will be a big market opening up for them soon with the 90mm LSX out.

Brandon has siad he would make them to order. The dual version would be around $650 and a single K&N $75 less..so $575.

That includes the stainless BMR radiator support that would be fitted to the tube as well as dual 3.5 inch K&N filters. If you dont want the BMR rad support..subtract another $85.
