Default air box block off

I have a 1998 T/A non ram air ( I have the FTRA and im putting the extension on to make it like the ssra. should I block off the factory opening for air and just use the ssra or leave them both open, has anyone ever tested this at the track. Just curious.. I would think with the ssra and the front of the air box sealed off you should get a pretty good pressure effect but will you be choking the car a t low speeds... Thanks everyone.

I do not have my WS6 hood and airbox blocked off.

But, I don't think you'll see any low speed affects of having it blocked.

I did the FRA and blocked off the factory opening with a piece of hose I found in my buddys garage.
