Default Couple intake questions...

Got a FAST 102 i am putting on a 02 Camaro, and had heard some issues with getting it to fit without massaging the firewall?? And MAP location? Im sure if i run into this i can fix with ease but just curious as i am almost done with the motor just waiting on heads to show up, and just wondering what to expect..

And, has anyone tried to run the 90mm TB on the Intake? Just because i have a brand new one laying around.. I bolted it up and the gasket on the intake is hanging out a little which will not seal.. So has anyone seen a adapter plate?

just use a BFH, it'll fit.

and sell the 90 to help pay for a 102.

this.. and x2 on selling the 90 for the new 102.. if your going to get a huge intake you might as well get the throttle body to supply the most air to it.. as well as thinking about upgrading the rest of the intake tract if you haven't yet (lid, maf, FTRA/SSRA/CHRS1313 etc.)

it is for sale, it's in texas member's.. I just had it laying there from the vic jr setup i was doing.. U would be suprised at the difference in flow between the two.. Yes it flow's better but worth not the hassle to buy another, i will get the other when this one sell's.. Have the better lid and the maf is laying on a shelf, as this setup is speed density..

Main Question was where did u use the bfh.. And was ur placement of maf in back or front?

the fast 102 intake mite not fit under a strut brace.and a ls1 fuel rail won't work on them .the map sensor can be mounted on top of the intake in front.
