Default what to plug hole in lid?

What do you guys use to plug up the holes in the side of your lids? You know the EGR/AIR hole that's on the right side of the lid.

My MTI Clear lid cracked in the rear, so going to put back on my SLP Blackwing lid that came stock with the car but need to plug this hole up. Just curious as to what you guys are using for this.

Should be able to find a Rubber Plug at Home Depot or Lowes that would work.

I got some plastic hole plugs at Lowe's, in the slider bins of
the hardware section. Sealed them with weatherstrip cement.

Well i just went to autozone, bought a small filter and put it in there for now. Still had the rubber bushing that comes on the lid. Filter fit perfectly, just throw some krazy glue to hold it there. Ill probably go to lowe's, home depot later on and find a plug for it.

go to autozone and ask for Chrysler brake master cylinder gasket. Part no 42081. Looks like it was made to plug these holes. perfect fit and comes in a pack of two for like 6 bucks.

I did see those but wasnt to sure if they would work, ill probably end up giving them a shot and putting them on with Krazy Glue to help hold it on there.

I've got the little filter that goes there. I ordered it when I bought my new lid and didn't need it. I still don't understand why Fast Toys said I needed it.

Anyhow if you are interested shoot me a PM

Since I painted mine, we just filled the hole w/epoxy and then plastic filler over that then painted it. I imagine it wll last a few years before it cracks...?

I used a sprinkler plug, was like $0.93 cents at the sprinkler supply house. gray about 2" long, I just cut off the last 1/2" and put it in the grommet I had laying around.

Electrical panel 7/8" "knockout" plug is what I used and sealed with RTV sealant.

I used a metal one from Home Depot, but plastic ones are available that would look even better: http://www.plasticsfasteners.com/KnockoutPlugs.html

On a serious note. If my memory is working right, when I bought my lid I remember there being a part list sheet in there. So I'm assuming you can order just the plug from SLP.
